Ideal for organizations that are experiencing a period of operational staffing shortage that is either ongoing due to revenue restrictions or short-term due to employee turnover/temporary leave

    • Time allocation of 6 hours/week

    • Suggested scope of work is deadline-focused deliverables such as payroll administration and/or weekly check disbursements paired with project work as needed to maximize time allocation (e.g. resume and candidate screening)

    • Contract is 12 weeks with month-to-month continuation option

    • One-time setup fee of $300 and package rate is $450/week

    • Time allocation of 2 hours/week (averaged across monthly financial cycle)

    • Scope of work is disbursement approvals (check run, p-card expense reports, payroll submission, etc.) along with monthly cash flow management and budget tracking review

    • Contract is 12 weeks with month-to-month continuation option

    • One-time setup fee of $300 and package rate is $300/week

  • Mutually agreed upon terms with scope of work customized to organization’s needs

Ad Hoc CFO Services

Ideal for organizations that are experiencing a skill set gap, recent turnover, or a period of high demand and have one-time needs. Customized scope and timelines will cover project work such as budgeting, financial analysis, board/finance committee presentation materials, external audit oversight, internal compliance oversight, performance management system implementation, etc.

    • Time allocation maximum of 8 hours/week

    • One-time setup fee of $300 and package rate is $5,000/month for 3 months

    • Hours expire 6 months after package purchase

    • Option to transition to maintenance rate of $400/week payable monthly for 2 hours/week time allocation available after package depletion

    • Time allocation maximum of 4 hours/week

    • One-time setup fee of $300 and package rate is $3,000/month for 3 months

    • Hours expire 6 months after package purchase

    • Option to transition to maintenance rate of $400/week payable monthly for 2 hours/week time allocation available after package depletion
